Dennis - your location is wrong.
It's not Nott-atott-ingham its Notti-tottingham or Totti-nottingham. Any case did'nt think squirters were interested in totti, too busy moaning and striking.
Best regards
Paul.

'Rance,
Well done with the organising the dooooo was superb. It was a credit to your organsiational skills - obviously learnt outside of the air cadet arena!!!!
Re the 60th anniversary bash a number of people, myself included, clearly heard Lofty - thats SCOTT MARTIN LAWTON, volunteering to sort that one out. He was sober (well relatively) and looking forward to the task, tho we may have to test him out at the Banks's factory first.

Ooooooooh it sounds like a big task sorting the 60th out. I think we should get the whole base involved- make it big- invite people who've fown solo at the school to come down and the the local Air Cadet squadron involved. We will be more known after the air day as the boss is doing loads to get us noticed. It would be really good if there was a sedburgh (sp!!) there, and a venture even better than that a venture fit to fly so it could give a fly past and of course the vigilants. Maybee if we could wangle it a flypast from a really flash RAF aircraft like a Tornado F3 or a Herc. But that would probably be difficult to get unless the OC of Cosford (I think he's an Air Commodore) gets involved- which i'm sure he will. Look forward to it, Farmer Giles

adam your plans are interesting but would take an enormous amount of effort - you would have to start work now - are you volunteering? - i presume you are a staff cadet - out of interest why did you not attend the reunion? regards terry

Maybee those are a bit too much but it shouldn't be a small event and I am willing to help. Yes I am a staff cadet and I didn't attend the reunion because i've only been an FSC for about 6 months, and, listening to some of the stories I'm glad i avoided it (Rob and Smythe you know what i'm talking about!!!) not that it didn't sound a good evening, night and early morning but i'd of felt out of place amongst all that aviation experience with my small 14 hour amount!! Adam Everyone had 14 hours once upon a time! You would have been very welcome By the time of the 60th you should be a C Cat with 300 hours -there is a challenge Keep pushing Lofty etc to volunteer to organise! See ya soon Regards Terry
